These are BabyBumpLoveLLC.com’s ("Baby Bump Love", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the BabyBumpLoveLLC.com website.
- We have an All Sales Final policy.
- We know that you will appreciate that you will be receiving a brand new never been soiled, product and not someone's exchange or return.
- Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
- If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact customer service within 14 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
- We DO NOT replace with a different print than what was originally ordered.
- Products that will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from BabyBumpLoveLLC.com
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
- Any product that was not approved to be "defective" and/or "incorrect merchandise" by customer service.
Orders will be shipped in whole, as soon as ALL of your items are available and ready to be shipped out. This means we CANNOT do separate shipments of your items, if one item is available before others.
Colors and designs of our products are betrayed to the best of our ability, to give our customers the best buying experience possible. With this being said colors may vary slightly depending on the toner of your computer screen.
It is our customers’ responsibility to ensure that their address is correct in order for their items to be shipped to the correct address. If the address in incorrect, our customers have a 24 hour period in which they are able to change the address, after the 24 hour period their order is already processed and there is nothing further we can do to change it.
